The possible codes for water sources are listed for you in the footnote. Ask this for now and twelve months ago.

(a) Well: This is a dug hole, which is normally lined with stones and water drawn by using a pulley and container. The opening may or may not be protected (protected means to be covered after use). Do not confuse it with a borehole.

(b) Borehole: This is unlike a well in that it is drilled and much deeper. Water is usually drawn using a pump.
